Nothing, all was good.

The hotel’s location is good, as it is centrally located. The in-house restaurant provided a decent meal. Also, the bed was comfortable and provided a good rest after a long day.

The hotel had some disappointing aspects. Firstly, the cleaning service was not automatic, and we had to notify reception when cleaning was required. Secondly, the TV channels were not working properly, despite calling for maintenance. Additionally, the room could have been cleaner and the linens didn't seem fresh. Finally, the charges for food and laundry were costly which was a letdown.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to the market and a plethora of food options. the room was comfortable and offered great facilities such as 24-hour reception, laundry services, and transportation arrangements. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner served were perfect and there was a restaurant in-house as well as few options outside. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

One negative aspect was the lack of cleanliness in the washrooms and the room, which could have been improved.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was well-trained, always available to help, and made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable pilgrimage. The facilities were clean, and the hotel offered parking, transportation, and a great location close to the market area. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options available. the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
